ZeroCostEMI is owned and operated by Jetley Enterprises Private Limited ("JEPL," "we," "us," "our"), a private limited company.
By accessing or using www.zerocostemi.com and any related mobile-optimised or app experiences (the "Platform"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Scope of the Platform
ZeroCostEMI is an independent discovery and comparison platform. It helps users find No-Cost EMI offers available on Amazon India and surfaces hidden costs — such as GST and processing fees — that may apply to those offers.
ZeroCostEMI is not a lender, bank, NBFC, payment aggregator, or e-commerce seller. It does not extend credit, does not process payments, does not hold buyer or seller funds, and is not a party to any purchase, EMI, or credit transaction.
ZeroCostEMI does not sell, ship, exchange, replace, or refund any product. All purchases are made directly with Amazon.in (or another linked retailer), and are governed entirely by that retailer's own terms, policies, and processes.
When you click through an offer on ZeroCostEMI, you are redirected to Amazon.in via a tracked affiliate link. ZeroCostEMI may earn a commission on qualifying purchases through the Amazon Associates Program, at no additional cost to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law, to use the Platform in a way that involves providing personal information (e.g., signing up for alerts or creating an account).
Browsing publicly available offer listings does not require registration or age verification, but any opt-in service (WhatsApp alerts, email updates, account registration) requires you to meet the above eligibility criteria.
By registering or opting in to any Platform service, you represent that the mobile number, email address, and any other details you provide are true, accurate, and belong to you.
You represent that you are not barred or otherwise legally prohibited, under any applicable law, from accessing or using the Platform.
If you allow anyone else to use your account or device to access the Platform, including individuals under 18, you remain fully responsible for all actions taken through your account.
3. Registration & Account Use
Where the Platform offers account registration (for saved preferences, offer alerts, or similar features), the following apply:
– You may hold only one account, unless we permit otherwise in writing.
– All registration information you submit must be truthful, complete, and accurate, and you agree to keep it current at all times.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
– If your device is lost or stolen, you should request that we block your account and should change your credentials immediately.
– Your use of the Platform is for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
– Not all offers, features, or services on the Platform may be available in every geographic region of India; availability and eligibility are determined at our discretion.
– Your continued use of the Platform following updates, bug fixes, or feature changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to suspend or delete your account without prior notice if we believe these Terms or our Privacy Policy have been violated, or if we detect suspicious or unusual activity. You may contact us to resolve any such suspension.
You may deactivate your account and end your agreement with us at any time by contacting us (see Section 21). We will treat this as termination of the agreement and take appropriate steps.
4. Precedence of E-commerce Website Terms
All offers displayed on ZeroCostEMI are drawn from Amazon.in and are subject to Amazon's own Terms and Conditions, Conditions of Use, and Privacy Policy, which govern the actual purchase transaction.
Where there is any conflict between information displayed on ZeroCostEMI and the terms, pricing, or availability shown on Amazon.in at the time of your transaction, Amazon's terms and listings shall prevail.
Discounts, EMI eligibility, and cashback-style offers referenced on the Platform may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time by Amazon, the relevant issuing bank, or other third parties, without notice to ZeroCostEMI.
It is your responsibility to verify that the offer displayed on ZeroCostEMI matches the offer displayed on Amazon.in at the time your transaction is completed. ZeroCostEMI assumes no liability for any discrepancy between the two.
5. Accuracy of Offers & Information
Offer details, prices, EMI eligibility, GST figures, and processing fee estimates shown on ZeroCostEMI are compiled from publicly available data on Amazon.in and are provided for informational purposes only.
Prices, EMI eligibility, and fee structures on Amazon.in can change at any time, including between the time an offer is displayed on ZeroCostEMI and the time you complete checkout on Amazon.
ZeroCostEMI does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuation of any offer, discount, or EMI scheme displayed on the Platform.
6. Amazon Associates Disclosure
ZeroCostEMI participates in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to let sites earn commissions by linking to Amazon.in.
Product and offer links on ZeroCostEMI are affiliate links. If you make a qualifying purchase after clicking through, ZeroCostEMI may earn a commission — this does not increase the price you pay.
Your transaction, payment, and any dispute regarding the purchase, delivery, replacement, or refund is solely between you and Amazon.in (or the relevant bank/NBFC facilitating the EMI). ZeroCostEMI is not a party to that transaction and bears no liability in connection with it.
7. Your Use of the Platform
By using the Platform, you agree that you will:
– Use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and in compliance with all applicable laws
– Not attempt to copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any content, offer data, or functionality from the Platform without written permission
– Not use the Platform in any way that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs it, or interferes with any other user's access or enjoyment
– Not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Platform
– Not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, disclaimer, or proprietary notices displayed on the Platform
– Not misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity while using the Platform
– Not use the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose, or in any way that harms ZeroCostEMI, JEPL, or any other person or entity
8. WhatsApp & Email Communications
If you opt in, you consent to receive offer alerts, price-drop notifications, and related updates via WhatsApp (through our Business Solution Provider, AiSensy) and/or email (through Resend).
Your mobile number is verified and messaging is enabled in compliance with India's DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) regulations.
You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP," using the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting us directly (see Section 21). Opting out does not affect your ability to browse the Platform.
Communications from ZeroCostEMI will never ask for your bank account details, card numbers, CVV, net banking credentials, or OTPs.
9. Fees
ZeroCostEMI does not charge users any fee to browse, search, compare, or use the Platform's discovery and alert services.
Any fees, charges, or convenience fees associated with your purchase (e.g., payment gateway or processing charges) are levied by Amazon.in or your bank, not by ZeroCostEMI, and are outside our control.
ZeroCostEMI's only source of revenue is affiliate commission from Amazon, as described in Section 6.
10. Refunds, Exchanges & Replacements
ZeroCostEMI does not sell products, process payments, or fulfil orders, and therefore does not process refunds, exchanges, or replacements of any kind.
Any refund, exchange, replacement, or cancellation request relating to a product purchased through an affiliate link must be made directly with Amazon.in (or the relevant retailer), in accordance with their own policies.
If you experience a payment or order issue on Amazon.in, ZeroCostEMI is not able to intervene, reverse, or resolve that transaction on your behalf.
11. No Warranty
The Platform, including all offer listings, content, and information made available through it, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that offer information will always be accurate, complete, or current.
We do not warrant the availability, pricing, EMI eligibility, or delivery timelines of any product listed by, or purchased through, Amazon.in.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroCostEMI, JEPL, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from or connected to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
ZeroCostEMI is not liable for any loss arising from a purchase made on Amazon.in, including incorrect pricing, EMI ineligibility, delayed delivery, defective products, or disputes with Amazon or your card-issuing bank.
Our total cumulative liability to you, for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand) — since ZeroCostEMI does not charge users any fee and derives no revenue from you directly.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZeroCostEMI, JEPL, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and consultants (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
– your use of, or access to, the Platform
– your violation of these Terms
– your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
– your failure to comply with any applicable law, including tax obligations relating to your own purchases
– any claim that your use of the Platform caused damage to a third party
14. Third-Party Links & Websites
The Platform contains links to Amazon.in and may contain links to other third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of Amazon.in or any other linked site.
Your interactions with Amazon.in or any other third-party site are governed entirely by that site's own terms and policies.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, offer summaries, comparison data, design elements, and underlying software — is the property of JEPL or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence may not be transferred or assigned by you.
No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, scraped, or distributed without our prior written permission.
User-submitted content: If you submit any feedback, reviews, screenshots, or other content to us (for example, through a support request), you grant ZeroCostEMI a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, reproduce, and display that content for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. This licence continues even if you stop using the Platform.
16. Tax Liability
ZeroCostEMI does not withhold or remit any tax on your behalf, as it does not process payments or credit any amount to you.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws in connection with your own purchases, including any GST or other charges applied by Amazon.in or your bank.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
18. Assignment
The licence granted to you under these Terms may not be transferred or assigned by you.
You agree that ZeroCostEMI/JEPL may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent, including to (i) a subsidiary or affiliate; (ii) an acquirer of JEPL's equity, business, or assets; or (iii) a successor by merger.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought in the courts or tribunals at Delhi, India, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. ZeroCostEMI may, however, in its absolute discretion, commence proceedings in any other court, tribunal, or appropriate forum, and you consent to such jurisdiction.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, offerings, or applicable law.
Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, through a notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
